Farniente is a French outdoor furniture brand that seeks to elevate the art of outdoor living, creating a harmonious continuity between interior spaces and nature. Inspired by the beauty of the Mediterranean, it evokes the captivating landscapes of the Côte d’Azur, where time seems to stand still, allowing every sun-drenched moment to be fully savored.

 The brand presents its first collection of handcrafted outdoor wall lights, born from a collaboration between Clarisse Madern and designer Amande Haeghen. Clarisse, whose childhood memories are rooted in the coastal scenery of the Var region, and Amande, with her organic and refined approach, have designed pieces that blend tradition and modernity. Each wall light is named after an iconic cape of the Côte d’Azur: Taillat, Bénat, Camara, Ferrat, and Mèdes… bringing unique direction and beauty to every space.

 The collection highlights stoneware in natural tones of beige and black, reminiscent of the surrounding beaches and landscapes. Entirely handcrafted in Portugal, these pieces follow traditional craftsmanship practices. I personally manufactured all the components of the collection, including the master parts used to create the production molds, in a factory setting, with artisanal care and precision. Each piece, meticulously crafted by experienced artisans, reflects a unique authenticity and richness. Designed to create a soft and welcoming atmosphere, Farniente wall lights embody understated elegance and timeless design, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
